1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Silitibum, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must:

1. Meet the minimum legal age in your country
2. Be capable of entering a binding agreement
3. Provide accurate registration information

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

1. Maintaining password security
2. Activities on your account
3. Providing accurate information

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By posting content, you grant Silitibum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, display, modify (such as formatting or compression), and promote your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the Service. This license ends within a reasonable period after your content is deleted, except where retention is required by law, necessary for backups, or where other users have shared or remixed your content as permitted by the platform.

5. Community Rules

You must not post:

1. Violence
2. Terrorist content
3. Child exploitation material
4. Hate speech
5. Harassment
6. Threats
7. Fraud
8. Spam
9. Malware
10. Copyright infringement
11. Nudity where prohibited
12. Illegal content

Violation may result in removal, suspension, or termination.

6. Child Safety and Protection

Silitibum is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Silitibum has zero tolerance for content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or harms children.

Users must not:

1. Create, upload, share, request, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
2. Sexually exploit, groom, solicit, or manipulate children.
3. Engage in sexual conversations or interactions with children.
4. Use Silitibum to arrange or facilitate sexual contact with a child.
5. Encourage, promote, or facilitate the exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of children.
6. Share personal information about a child for harmful or exploitative purposes.
7. Create accounts or content intended to facilitate the exploitation or abuse of children.

Any account or content found to violate these requirements may be removed immediately, and the account may be permanently suspended or banned.

Where Silitibum becomes aware of suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may preserve relevant information, remove or restrict the content, suspend accounts, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities or child-safety organisations where required by applicable law.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected child exploitation, abuse, or other child-safety concerns through the reporting tools available within Silitibum or by contacting our Child Safety Team.

Reports involving the safety of a child are treated seriously and reviewed in accordance with our safety procedures and applicable law.

Protection of Children

Silitibum may use age restrictions, safety controls, content moderation, account restrictions, reporting systems, and other measures to help protect children and other vulnerable users.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to talk to children about online safety and supervise their use of social media.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections available to children or parents/guardians under applicable child-protection, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Silitibum owns:

1. Software
2. Logos
3. Branding
4. Design
5. Platform technology

You may not copy or distribute these without permission.

8. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material
3. Your contact information
4. A statement made in good faith
5. A declaration that the information is accurate

9. Virtual Gifts and Coins

If Silitibum introduces virtual currency:

1. Coins have no cash value.
2. Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Gifts may be subject to separate creator policies.

10. Live Streaming

Creators using Live features must comply with additional Community Guidelines.

Silitibum may suspend Live access for violations.

11. Advertising and Sponsorships

Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed where required by law.

Silitibum may display advertisements throughout the platform.

12. Account Suspension

We may:

1. Remove content
2. Suspend accounts
3. Permanently ban users

for violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may terminate or suspend access for repeated or serious violations.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

User-generated content reflects the views of its creators, not Silitibum.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silitibum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silitibum, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Silitibum is incorporated, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

18. Changes

We may modify these Terms.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
